Subprocessors

Not yet published, because an incomplete list is misleading.

Launch draft. Creobot is in development. This page is a launch draft, last updated 15 August 2026, and is subject to change before general availability. It is not legal advice. Items marked as not finalised are genuinely undecided rather than withheld, and they will be published before general availability.

Status: not yet published

We have not published a subprocessor list because our provider agreements are not finalised. A subprocessor list is a factual disclosure and an incomplete or speculative one is misleading in a way that matters.

What will be on it

When published, the list will name each third party that processes data on our behalf, what it processes, and where. Based on the architecture, that will include at least a hosting provider, one or more model providers, an embedding provider, and whatever we use for analytics and support.

Why the model providers are not named yet

Creobot is designed for multi model routing so teams can route conversations by cost, quality and task type. Which providers are in that set at launch is not settled, and naming providers we have not committed to would be inaccurate.

Notification of changes

When the list exists, we intend to publish changes to it with notice. The mechanism will be described on this page.

If this blocks an evaluation

If you cannot evaluate a vendor without a subprocessor list, that is a reasonable position and Creobot is not ready for you yet. Tell us and we will contact you when the list is published.
