Use case

Agencies

Run an assistant per client site and report on what visitors actually asked.

The problem

Agencies hand over a site and then have limited visibility into how it performs beyond traffic numbers. When a client asks whether the site is working, the honest answer is usually that nobody knows what visitors wanted.

How Creobot handles it

Run an assistant per client site. Each one trains on that client's content, and each produces a list of what visitors asked and what the site failed to answer. That list is a concrete deliverable and it is generated rather than researched.

Why this is commercially useful

It converts post launch work from something you have to justify into something with evidence attached. "These are the twelve questions your visitors asked that the site does not answer" is a different conversation from "you should consider a content refresh".

A note on Creogen

Creoglyph also builds Creogen, a partner led product for website operations after launch. Creobot works entirely on its own and does not require it. Later, the questions Creobot collects can feed the work Creogen does. Creogen remains partner led and is not public self serve.

Multi site management

Agent counts and source limits are tied to plan, and the higher plans in our launch direction carry more agents. Those limits are not final.
