Lead generation
Qualify and capture visitors inside the conversation, after value is delivered rather than before.
The problem
A visitor with a question and no answer leaves without becoming a lead. A visitor asked for their email before receiving anything leaves too. Both are common and both are avoidable.
How Creobot handles it
Answer first, ask second. A visitor who has just received a useful answer is in a different state from one who has just loaded a page, and the ask reads as continuing a conversation rather than gating one.
Two fields, not six. Email, and a name if you want to personalise the follow up. Company size, role and industry are things a salesperson can establish in a first reply, and asking them in a widget reads as screening.
Qualification you get for free
Most qualifying signal is already in the transcript. Which pages they read, whether they arrived from a comparison page, whether their questions are about capability or implementation, whether they mentioned a team or a timeline. Reading that is faster and more accurate than a dropdown, and it does not cost you the visitors who would have abandoned the form.
What to measure
Capture rate alone is misleading. Watch it against completed conversations. If capture rises while completed conversations fall, you have moved the ask earlier and traded useful interactions for addresses that will not convert.
Plan note
Lead forms appear on the Pro plan in our launch pricing direction. Plan contents are not final.
