Status
Creobot is in development and is not generally available. There is no signup, no checkout and no payment processing. These terms are a launch draft published for transparency rather than an agreement currently in force, and they will be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before they govern anything.
What Creobot is
A hosted service that indexes content you supply, answers questions from that content on your website, records those questions, and escalates conversations to a person under conditions you configure.
What is not settled
- Pricing. The plans published on this site are a launch direction, not a final price list.
- Payment provider and billing terms.
- Refund and cancellation terms.
- Notice periods.
- Service level commitments. We are not offering an uptime SLA.
- Governing law and jurisdiction.
Accuracy of answers
Creobot answers from content you supply. It can be wrong, particularly where your content is outdated, incomplete or internally contradictory. It is not a substitute for professional advice in any regulated field, and you remain responsible for what your website tells your visitors.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to index content you do not have the right to use, to impersonate a person in a way that misleads, to process data you are not permitted to process, or to attempt to extract the underlying systems. Do not use it to generate content that would be unlawful where it is published.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you supply. You grant us the permission necessary to index it and use it to answer questions on your behalf. That permission ends when you remove the content or close the account.
Changes
This draft will change before launch. When these terms take effect, that will be stated clearly and dated.
